At Art of Helmets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your helmet or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original protective packaging, including all tags, manuals, and dust bags to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your helmet, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
